Have had to give a one star as you can't give zero stars I've not given them a review till now but enough is enough. These people have ruined my mother's life in her 80's they have taken away all her independence and self worth taking away her family who was caring for her and her home and put her in a care home and now taking away her pension without any communication with her family putting her in dedt with her bank and other things there is a lot more involved but would be here all day very disappointed and extremely upset with the treatment given they should be ashamed with them selves

The service for children with SEND is terriable. Emails remain unanswered/legal timescales broken/children left with no provision.

Needed help with accommodation and whilst this process in itself is a lengthy headache, I had lost the info for my appointment due to mobile phone problems.One quick phone call and Gayle was not only able to remind me of the time, date and location of my appointment but she went above and beyond and was able to remind me of my new phone number!Once again big thank you to Gayle for solving my issues in minutes :)

Don't bother to report Health and Safety issues if you live in the countryside. it is a waste of time. Reported one 7 months ago and no action or contact from the Council. Overgrown hedges make walking on the roads dangerous. Simply deplorable.Simply appalling. Just impossible to get any answers from anybody. generally unable to get telephone calls answered.Potholes, overgrown hedges, damaged signs, overgrown footpaths, full up ditches running on the roads , all of this can be seen in Crowfield.traffic through the village recorded in excess of twice the speed limit. No roadside paths, no street lights. it is simply dangerous to be on or off the roads around here.Atrocious County and District Councils taking Council Tax and offering next to nothing in return.No stars if possible but you have to give one star simply to send a review.Having reported overgrowing hedges on the highway through the reporting tool. The stock answer is landowners problem" I guess they then walk away saying they have dealt with the problem. Strange that they put hedge cutting enforcement orders for hedge cutting on relatively safe roads but take no action when pedestrians are in danger.15th July 2021Clearly the problem starts at the very top. The leader of the Council will not answer any questions in writing! If this follows through the rest of the Council then there is little chance of the taxpayer being listened to.Really just a very poor culture of not offering any form of Customer Service. I was told by a Council employee that what is clearly stated on the SCC and Government websites is "open to interpretation"!"

Impossible to contact anyone not very computer savy and was told I had to wait 1 hour at least to get a human.not good

Extremely disappointed with the service. We have been waiting for over an hour for a Social Worker to turn up to see my teenage granddaughter whose Mum died last week. We have phoned 3 times, held for more than half an hour, tried to do a webchat but would not let us type in our name and still we sit here waiting with no direct line to see whether Katie is still coming. Upset

charges of neglect in public office and neglect of vulnerable children need to happen, Nichola beach the CEO is missing in action! Send need to be held accountable legally, THIS COUNCIL Should BE INVESTIGATED AND PUT IN SPECIAL MEASURES. Disabled, vulnerable, have a child with Send needs, then Suffolk county council is the last place to go for help, shocking experience for the last 4yrs, even the complaints dept can't control mangers who seem to be able to do what they want, regardless, asked for a Director now they hide can't deal with us common folk! Please really think twice before moving to suffolk, your child will learn at a young age what they mean in life, 2nd class citizen, thanks for implementing change! They have sold out! Time to replace staff with artificial intelligence, never thought I'd say that but enough.

Never ever get children's social services involved, if your child is a victim if crime unfortunately unlucky, police and suffolk county council will do everything in their power to make your life hell, why are we paying tax for services like this, the only ones benefiting are the staff.

West end road bus lane has to be the worst road layout decision you’ve ever made. Sit there for 15 minutes at 5pm every day. There was nothing wrong with this road and there is nothing green about 200 cars queuing along here.
