If you are thinking of purchasing a new greenhouse in the Norfolk area then look no further than The Greenhouse People at Notcutts Garden Centre. From initial consultation through to delivery and help and assistance throughout the build they have been excellent. Many thanks to Will and Daniel at the Norwich branch for your care and attention which was much appreciated.They were superb throughout. We are thrilled with the greenhouse and couldn’t have had a better buying experience.

Will was very knowledgable and helpful and guided me through the process of choosing the right greenhouse. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a greenhouse on my first visit. There was excellent follow up communication regarding delivery and assembly of the greenhouse. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend The Greenhouse People at the Norwich show site.

The greenhouse is amazing and customer service is flawless. Norwich branch, went in got a good deal last year, delivery date to my schedule and update on the morning of delivery for a time slot. Delivery guy was helpful and understanding as area was not easy access.When I had issues while building the greenhouse, my fault lost a part and misread an instruction, I got helpful advice straight away and a call back to check that I had been sorted out.When I was a couple of glass clips short I was able to go into the branch and get a few spare immediately. Have been back to order extra guttering which was delivered within 2 days. And they have been helpful in chasing a delivery of another small part that was damaged by me and are replacing.No time limit on when help is available after delivery, 2 months later when I was finally able to build they gave great clear advice.My only small issue was the instructions could be a little clearer on some sections of the build book, but when I mentioned the specific part to the person at the branch he said he'll look into it, and see if improvements can be made for future customers.

Auto roof vent advice requested and received. Mr. Will Carter dealt. I was most impressed with the level of service, both knowledgeable and personable, and would not hesitate to recomment the Greenhouse People. Thank you.

Samantha has helped us find someone who can put our greenhouse together after we decided this was not something we could do. This will now be completed next week at a reasonable price.Thank you so much for your help.

So far so good. I dropped in without an appointment, met Dan, and explained what I was looking for. He came up with some suggestions, arranged a site visit, advised on extending the current base then negotiated with the manufacturer the changes I asked for. He drew up plans which I agreed. I've paid my deposit and hope to be in possession of a new garden building within 8 weeks. I'm very happy with all the staff on site, their ability to interpret requests and come up with a design to suit.

Daniel was very helpful (not at all pushy, as some sales people can be!). He was very patient with my 88 year old Mum and explained things very well to her so she was able to make the necessary decisions. A very positive experience for us. We would highly recommend. Thanks Daniel.

The Greenhouse People, were very helpful. They answered my many questions about the shed I wanted to buy quickly, knowledgeably and very politely. There was a slight hiccup with one piece of the shed but they sorted it out immediately. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.
