I recently purchased a bike from Pedalz online. I ordered it on Sunday and it was delivered by Wednesday! I called the shop to check on progress and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a great discount on the bike which moved it from beyond my reached into my price range. I'd really encourage people to support smaller bike shops like Pedalz.... I had a great customer experience from beginning to end.

Having recently cycled through the area with my wife, we had to call on Pedalz to do an emergency gear repair on her e-bike.The guys there were very helpful and were able to immediately look at the problem and fix the bike for the following morning, which worked perfectly as we were staying nearby!Happy to recommend them - thanks for getting us on the road again so quickly!!

Very friendly staff. Bought second hand enduro bike. Could not be happier, he prepared it in very short notice. I went to pick it up ten minutes before they close. He stayed way past closing explaining the air suspension to me and making sure I was happy before I left.Extremely good service.5 STARS

Couldn't be more helpful - great team - helped me out at really short notice and let me keep my dignity by NOT talking down to me. So good I can even forgive them for not being roadies.... I'll definitely be back.

Not impressed! Website shows stock, but then I'm told after I've paid, they don't have the items, that wastes my time and theirs!I hate when companies do that, it's lazy business.First time ordering and last time I'm ordering from them!
