Ed is one of the best professionals in the IT industry. I asked him about a possible repair to my ageing laptop. He answered swiftly with honesty and integrity. He recommended that instead of spending money repairing a laptop that was coming to the end of its life; that I should instead buy either a new or refurbished laptop for a similar price.
