This people are not professionals.... They came to fix my washing machine and they made a different issue. Since end of November I am still waiting for them to fix what they did broke the door I have to pull the door to close the washing machine and put a broken rubber ceiling and before 2 weeks they arranged an appointment with me for today I had to wait all day in for them to say they called me and I canceled... Worst company and people to deal with!! And also not honest at all! Stay away!

Absolute con of a company.Dad takes in his amplifier for repair and told to leave £72 as a deposit. Few days later told they couldn’t get the part and kept the £72.Found the part myself and cost pennies to repair.Doubt they even bothered to try and just took his money.

UNRELIABLE BANDITSDO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH SONTEC ELECTRONICS LIMITED.I thought a speaker had gone in my television which I purchased from John Lewis for £800. I called John Lewis and they asked Sontec Electronics to repair. It took them almost 1 Month to come.It was agreed they would come first thing in the morning on 16th February 2023. I received an answer phone message on 10th February 2023 saying they can not make the appointment on 16th February 2023 and that I needed to change it to following day. I called them on 13th February 2023 and they said they did not know who called me but they are still OK for me to be first job on 16th February 2023. They Did Not TURN UP. I called them and instead they had booked me in for the afternoon. So I had to have the whole day off work.When they turned up they said they could not hear the blown speaker and there was nothing wrong with the television and picture and everything was OK. However he said as I have the parts already can I change them. I said If there is nothing wrong why would you change them. He said because he had the parts he may as well. He changed the parts and put television back on stand . Then he could nut wire up my Denon surround sound system. He left without the surround sound connected and he left the television on, Fifteen Minutes later the Television Packed up Completely and no longer works at all. I called Sontec Electronics Limited to speak to the owner and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then cut off. FOR GOD SAKE DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR EXPENSIVE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT.

One of the company directors came out to try to fix my fridge!! He was friendly and professional and very quick to remove the doors and try to ascertain the fault. When he found that it couldn’t be fixed on that visit, I was given clear advice as to the next steps. I have faith that any further interactions with this company will be positive.

Friendly, professional phone staff that are always helpful and considerate. No issues at all there, but I have had to call in about 6 times over the last month and a half because nothing seems to happen otherwise. My email address was accidentally changed on their reply, then staff were unavailable, then they forgot to call me back, then delivery dates were promised and missed because consignment numbers weren't put on the package so it was left sitting at their office again... Great staff on the phones, and I'm sure the repairers know what they're doing, too, but communication seems to be falling apart somewhere

Samsung washing machine was on the blink.Contacted Samsung, who pointed me to Sontec in Norwich.Phoned and booked an Engineer to visit.To my surprise Sontec had diagnosed the problem without a visit and decided it was a major repair job, and they would need to collect it and repair it in the workshop in Norwich.Not a problem for me, but the wife was not happy. No washing machine is a real nuisance.Collected as promised and returned after 10 days.Thought it would have been quicker, as they are the main agent and spares should be readily available.Wife has washed 3 loads today and (fingers crossed) all seems OK

Referred by Samsung under warranty re washing machine fault. Good, regular communication from Sontec by email and phone - thank you Helen. Engineer arrived exactly when booked. Excellent diagnostic work by Troy to remedy fault. I speak as I find, so when there’s good service, I think it’s important to say so. Thank you Sontec.

It’s 2nd February and I’ve been waiting since 31st December to have a fridge/freezer assessed. Despite numerous calls where I’m told someone will call me back to arrange an appointment, no one ever does. I’d use a different company, but unfortunately Samsung require a report from Sontec to enable the warranty on my fridge. If you need an electrical repair done, I’d suggest using literally any other company other than this one. Don’t bother wasting your time with these cretins. Oh, and they want to charge me £90 as a call out charge for a job which should take 10 mins (I already know the compressor has gone).

I see some negative reviews here, but I can only speak for my own experience, which was positive. I had an issue with a Samsung TV where there was some grey area over the warranty. Sontec helped me resolve that, and then sent a very capable technician to do the repair. Can't fault them on any aspect.

Absolutely awful. The customer service is utterly appalling. Our dishwasher has been undergoing repair" for the last month covered by Samsung warranty. It's been a complete shambles. They keep delaying saying they are ordering parts but can't confirm what parts or when they will come in
