Beacon Lighting and Electrical

We bought various Fumagali outdoor lights to finish off our garden landscaping project. The transaction went well and everything arrived in a timely manner. The electrician fitted everything and all seemed well. After a season though I noticed mould in some of the lights. On closer inspection we noticed that a lot of the lights were not perfectly snapped together. Try as I might to fix this I couldn't. It seemed as though it was a very slight flaw in the manufacturing process which was letting moisture in. I raised this first with Beacon who then contacted Fumagali. I was very concerned as it was over a year since we had made the purchase. However, they were all fantastic about the situation. Fumagali promised to replace the lights. However, due to lockdown, it took a while for them to come from Italy - which is perfectly understandable. When they arrived in the UK, the supplier assembled and wired up all the lights to ensure they all fitted together perfectly (they even shrink wrapped the lights so they arrived in perfect condition!!) Then Beacon sent them out to me. I have to say, this level of service and support blew me away. It just doesn't happen with other firms! I'd like to especially call out Andrea at Beacon who was supportive throughout the whole process and communicated as often as she could. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

Extremely helpful Company - sourced a light to replace a broken one in a Hotel and very quickly posted it out to me. Very speedy service and very user friendly.

Most efficient service. Ordered goods by phone on Friday and delivered safely on Tuesday. I would certainly recommend this company for their efficiency and I might also add that the price I paid for my purchase was very competitive.

Ordered two globe lights for our patio wall. Delivery was very quick. When they arrived, the spherical globes were unfortunately scratched. I contacted Beacon Lights with and pictures and received a very swift reply saying that they would send out two new globes, which also arrived very quickly.Very quick and hassle free service, thank you Beacon Lights - wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again, and would recommend them to anyone. Delighted with my purchase. Also the delivery was very fast and efficient. Lots of information on the website to make sure I bought the correct kind of light. My electrician had recommended a water ingress protection of 44 and above. This light is an IP55 so very good for all the outdoor weather the UK can give us. Very happy and the light looks great in situ. Photos attached. Happy customer and will recommend and use again.

I have benn seeking a particular lamp shade for a long while, then it came up on their web site. I asked for confirmation that it was the article and produced a picture of what was needed. When it arrived it was not the same, there was a slight difference. I accepted that and when it was in place and the light illuminated it was difficult to tell the difference, so I am pleased with my purchase overall.
