Such a lovely place! I like Pete and he's store. Not the biggest in the world, but a fair amount of hardscape and a couple of very beautiful aquarium's. Prices are good as well.

I bought a Chihiros WRGB PRO 2 online. Delivery was quick and arrived in good order, when I had to email Pete for some assistance with the order he responded quickly and even in the evening after the store had closed. Great service. and would happily purchase again from here.

I love shopping for my aquascaping supplies @ Riverwood aquatics! I live far away from any of the specialist aquascaping stockists so the individually photographed pieces of wood mean I can get a good sense of what a scape might look like before I buy :) Pete is super kind and friendly - always gets in contact if there are any issues and is very generous. Spoke to him over the phone . Very decent place , awesome items . Got some koi from him, very healthy , bright colours . The place has a huge range of products, great range of pond plants . Will be getting alot more from him

Would highly recommend Riverwood to anyone with an interest in fish keeping or nature in general. I got a lot of the fish, tank, substrate and wood from here and Pete has been great as I pick his brains every time I visit and this has been very helpful.

Just received my order of Scottish cobbles, pebbles and a piece of millennium wood ready for a simple, clean, 5ft long scape. Exactly what I was looking for and all better than expected on arrival. Unfortunately the tank is yet to be delivered but will look incredible thanks to these hardscape pieces. Will always be my first port of call in future

Used this store some time ago with great service but I have had to change my review to that fact that I feel like I'm being ignored.I have made two separate orders one being from 30th November and the website stated there was stock and would take 2-3 business days to arrive but time went on and received nothing.After a week it was then mentioned after making contact that it was not in stock and would be with me the following week but still no package or update. I have tried multiple times to email with no responses for days or even at all.My second order is that same scenario but I asked for a refund on the product they couldn't get hold of and to send me everything else, still no refund or response after days of waiting.I'm all for supporting small businesses but the service has been atrocious, all I'd like is information on what is going on with the products I have bought and the truth that it was a mistake.On the brightside of not being notified and responded to I have had emails during this time to leave a review and a 10% voucher before the end of the year. Enticing me to buy a product that I may or may not receive.I hate to give this store a bad review but I'm at a halt and hopefully this will be noticed for something to be done about it. Unfortunately once this is all over I will not be using this service again and will go else where.

Great item and price the best price i could find in the uk all that with rapid delivery. 0% finance also available for higher cost items. Great service.
