We have always used Alistair & Neil at Barretts Mini Canterbury and the service over the past 2 decades has been second to none. Most recently we purchased a Mini Electric Level 2 for the fleet and basically used it as a small van as at the time it was cheaper than buying a van. We are always recommending these two great guys to our friends and family. Never any messing about, we have a great understanding that I like a deal and these two guys make it happen.We have lost hours over coffee in the dealership now just nattering but always worth a visit for the great range they always have.

Excellent service from Barretts Mini. Over the last two months I've had changes made to my car which now looks amazing since it's been de-chromed.I cannot finish my review though without thanking Emil in Customer Services who has been excellent throghout. Following my recent illness which has left me a poor immunity Emil would always wear a face mask and ensure my car was wiped down meticulously with anti-bac.That was really appreciated and made my experience each time more enjoyable, thanks Emil and thank you to Barretts Mini.

An absolutely amazing garage to buy a mini from.Really helpful sales staff ( especially Erin ) who know their product well and never pressurise you into a sale.They have an excellent stock of cars, are happy to provide test drives ( I had 4 ) and able to offer a range of purchase options.They also offered me a great price for trading in a 10 year old Vauxhall.A great place to visit and to buy from.

My 2nd Mini from Barretts and again, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. James Dawkins, salesman, couldn't have been more helpful. He has encyclopedic knowledge of Minis and is a thoroughly nice chap. I would recommend buying from Barretts.

Would definitely recommend your sales person, James, he was very helpful and discussed many different scenarios and didn’t get exasperated, we went through many choices! Excellent service. James could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Excellently presented, and makes a great cup of tea! Our disabled son keeps on about how nice James was. He even phoned while we were on our way to pick up the car to see if we wanted a lift from the train station. Highly recommended.
