we needed a specific bulb and had been to B&Q and Homebase with no luck so visited Thompsons. On showing the staff member the bulb he immediately ran upstairs and got it for us when he could have told us it was up there and made us go. The price was very competitive too. Would recommend.

We left without purchasing.The staff did not make us feel welcome at all, they dithered and we spent the better part of 20 minutes waiting to be served. After this long wait, all we got was one second
