Vitavia Greenhouses

Very pleased with my Vitavia Sirius greenhouse. I found the company easy to deal with and the greenhouse itself is well-built as well as attractive. Really well-designed and it's already working so well for me in my garden. The fitting company that Vitavia use here in Ireland (A1 Greenhouses) were fantastic also - punctual, professional and friendly. Very much recommend!

Love this greenhouse!! It was really easy to put together, with step-by-step instructions, and the delivery driver ensured that all the bits were safely stored, as not to break.The structure itself is sturdy and secure, so no worrying about it being blown over in high winds.This has provided a brilliant solution for a small garden and would highly recommend! This is probably one of the best companies that I have purchased from with regards to customer care.My wife and I purchased an Apollo 10x6 greenhouse and I erected it myself.I contacted their help line via e-mail on 3 occasions for advice during the building process and received telephone calls within a very short period (2-3hrs)of time and was guided through the minor niggles I was encountering.I can honestly say that I have not had this lever of care from any company that I have had to ask for assistance with any problems.Thank you

We have a 5 year old Orion, solid as a rock and looks lovely too. Had a small problem with the door this week, which we couldn`t work out how to fix. Very nice gentleman spent a good 25 minutes or more talking us through how to fix it. He was so patient with us too. He`s even going to send us some bits to complete the repair. First class customer service

Really nice products (Venus 6200 was my purchase) at a very good price. All fits together lovely. The customer services people have been particularly helpful in resolving a couple of queries from an inexperienced greenhouse builder such as me!

Took the plunge and bought my first greenhouse, so did a lot of research and decided on the Vitavia Venus. I am so happy I did! It’s an awesome greenhouse - sturdy, well constructed, looks great and loads of space. I love the flexibility to build on extras like Louvre vents, water butt etc. and all the parts are of great quality. Ordering and delivery was easy, I had a couple of queries that I contacted them about and the customer service was first class (Chris couldn’t be more helpful and is a super ‘face’ of the company). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vitavia on all fronts and with the wide choice of greenhouses there will be one to suit most tastes. The Venus in my view is top class value for money.

Well, what great greenhouses these are.......I bought the large 11500 with double doors; it is powder coated in dark green and I took the option of the bar capping (plastic sliders that creak" into place around the glazing) as I had gone for the toughened glass.Everything arrived on time with a very helpful delivery guy who unloaded everything where I wanted it.I then spent two very enjoyable days in "Meccano mode" building the sides and gable ends as well as putting on the glazing rubber.Myself and two friends then fastened everything together on the base that I had built from sleepers and glazed it in a day.Vitavia suggest the build takes two people two days - I personally felt that with the heavy toughened glass panels it was better with three of us whilst doing the roof. Other than that; the instructions were clear and everything went smoothly."

Fantastic greenhouse, very solid build and strong materials. Went together perfectly with every part fitting exactly as it should. Glass went in like a dream and the clips are strong yet easy to use. No missing parts, in fact plenty of spare bolts, nuts, clips and rubber seal left over. Well done Vitavia for not scrimping.Outstanding customer service, amazing response times and help immediately hand on the one occasion we got a bit stuck.I am useless when it comes to DIY and anything practical and my wife and I put this together in three days with no problems.I couldn't recommend this company or this product highly enough.I would also say that the delivery was reliable and the driver was helpful and efficient.Here it is!

I've just completed building a green house from this company and want to let you know how pleased I am with every aspect of this company's service and product. The price is very reasonable. Delivery was quick and exactly when they said it would be. I found the instructions clear, all the parts high quality and they all fitted together very accurately.
