I bought a Gakaxy A71 second hand from them. It was in perfect condition with all the previous owners info complete wiped.I had loaded all the stuff I wanted onto the phone over a couple of days, and then I realised that the battery was not up to the advertised 85%. I didn't want a replacement 'phone from them 'cos of all the work I had put into getting the phone set up to my liking.Not a problem.They have resolved the situation perfectly. I am most impressed thank you

We bought a second hand ipad from them. Since the beginning they were quick to answer my questions and very helpful. The iPad was in good state and perfectly packed. It came with the original box and brand new original charger. Very happy with the service and product.

Excellent customer service. We bought a new Samsung from them and had some issues with it. It was returned to them on a Saturday and we received it back on Tuesday in full working order. Old fashioned customer service. Thank you.
