I took my mower in, it was fixed within the hour and because it was only a minor fault I was not charged. I thoroughly recommend Coastal's services and will definitely use them again

The guy has helped with advice and a tweek here and there for a non starting chainsaw at no cost, then when same chainsaw broke and gave up the ghost, he gave it a very good repair, service and a clean. I would highly recommend Coastal mowers & Plant. I bought a Stihl hedge trimmer and strimmer from a neighbor that had been sat in his garage for sometime, one wouldn't t run and they looked a little tired but not well used.Richard was honest and to the point and agreed to service the two items and let me know if there were any replacement parts required. Later that day I received a call to say they were ready and working....result! When I arrived to collect, I had to ask if he was giving me the right machine as they looked brand new off the shelf. Steam cleaned, new service stickers and all greased and and blades lubed!We had a good chat about fuels and the need to sharpen blades which he didn't pointlessly steer me into. Very knowledgeable and friendlyVery happy with service ad price.

My old Hayter petrol mower suddenly failed to work so looked on Google for the nearest and best reviewed repairer, which was Richard. Mower was picked up promptly, serviced and repaired and delivered back within a few days all shiny, clean and working perfectly for a very reasonable cost.Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and have already recommended his services to a friend.

They picked up & delivered my mower inside 24 hours (because they had the parts in stock) with a very professional yet friendly service. My mower now fires up easily & cuts great too.If I run into problems with my gardening equipment in the future I'd use them again happily.
