Great companyAlways go above and beyond to keep you informed on orders, best way to use equipment and anything to make my job completing gutter vacuuming more effective.The customer service is exceptional throughout and the after care is great, we had a motor go (after lots and lots of use) and were sent videos of the work being completed and regular phone calls to keep us updated. Had our vac back within 48 hours all fixed and ready to go again

After much research I decided on the GVS3600 with the alloy poles, I've used it on everything from basic domestic properties to flats up to about 35ft and really cannot fault it, really really pleased! Gutter Vacuum Systems were recommended to us via a well known and highly regarded professional exterior cleaning business Partridge Exterior Cleaning who previously cleaned parts of our property.We run a holiday let business in our woodland and the buildings are always facing a deluge of attacks from mother nature. Keeping the gutters, downpipes and drains clear so rain water can flow freely is president especially as the seasons change and winter storms challenge us with flash flooding etc.I'm extremely thankful to Julia for her time on a call, recommendations and advice regarding our needs and can say that using the Predator we purchased is an absolute pleasure and a game changer from our initial efforts with an extension pole and manual gutter scraper. Although we are not professionals in exterior cleaning we are very glad we opted for a commercial solution as it's streets ahead of any consumer products in the build quality and suction power making the cleaning tasks at hand much more efficient.So far the machine has cleared our gutters and downpipes with ease including one's harbouring sludge and wet pine needles. It has also successfully removed moss from between slate roof tiles which in time would have clogged the gutters. All of this running just one or two of the three available motors meaning we've got more power to play with for any foreseeable future challenges.For anyone considering any GVS product - go for it. The service and product will not disappoint.
