What a gorgeous shop and treatment place! Got a wonderful massage from Sarah here - she is very skilled and it was amazing. They got me in last minute on a cancellation and I was very grateful. Bought some lovely products in the store - and the staff member was really friendly and helpful :)

We were recommended this place by a GP. Excellent shop to visit for natural remedies that work. Their menopause tea has cut my wife's hot flushes down by around 90%. They also make up bespoke remedies appropriate to the individual.

Apoteca is a delight to walk into, beautifully arranged, with lovely scents from the products and welcoming smiles from the staff to greet you. The staff are very knowledgeable and generous with their advice, and there's a herbal remedy for every condition. It's also a wonderful place for presents, with many products entirely plant based. Always worth a visit.

Great products and always good service. I recently had facial acupuncture which was a pleasant and pain free experience.Great for boosting collagen and circulation.

During our first visit to Apotheca today we found they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The items purchased were custom made for my condition at a very reasonable price.A very enjoyable experience all round. We shall certainly visit again.

I bought a gift card here. I paid for it over the phone to collect it later. Super friendly and easy transaction. It was ready for me and beautifully wrapped. The gift was for a massage, but the products on sale looked fabulous, and the shop looked fantastic and smelt gorgeous. I will be back.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH A CHRONIC CONDITIONI have been seeing Milena for 8 months now. It has changed my quality of life drastically! I first came for an allergy test on the recommendation of my osteopath. I have a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. Milena went through my medical history and the endless list of symptoms thoroughly, she took the time necessary and I never feel rushed during our appointments. She looks at the whole picture and the symptoms all together (which the consultants and GPs could never do). She has a careful approach and will provide treatments based on individuals needs. Her knowledge of the human body and herbal medicine is very impressive , I could have never imagined my condition could get better the way it did ( and we are still working through some things, so will get better still).She provides such a personalised care (that I could not get with traditional medicine) and I still cant believe how lucky I am to have found her. My husband was a little bit dubious at first , but seeing how much better my health is now and the impact on my life and those around me, he is very grateful too.

Visited for a variety of treatments! Nics Acupuncture, cupping and TUI Na treatments are super dreamy! Milena's allergy testing was extremely interesting and I can't wait to try Gemma Facial!
