Two Acre Boarding Kennels

Two Acres looked after my beloved dog whilst I was in hospital. Steve collected my dog and from the first instance I knew he was in safe, experienced and caring hands. My dog required an unexpected visit to the vets whilst in care, I was informed and kept up to date, his medication was given and aftercare was fantastic. Please do not look further than Two Acres, my dog came out happy and healthy, I wouldnt hesitate now to use this Kennel if I ever needed too again. Friendly staff, professional business. Our go-to kennel for our cockapoo! He’s always so happy to see the staff, who seem so friendly and loving with him. Unfortunately he can let out a tiny excited wee-dribble at times, and once or twice when we’ve collected him there’s been a smell of urine either on him or his bed, however that’s not overly a concern as we know what he’s like!We’ve just collected him from his most recent stay, and he received a freebie bath, came back with a little extra chunk, and was enjoying a walk at the time of collection, definitely one happy pooch! (Also still smelling lovely from his bath somehow!)Cannot recommend enough, and love seeing their updates on Facebook of the dogs all having fun!

Everyone we met were nice and friendly. Our dog seemed content to go with the young lady behind the counter. They were well organised. He was okay when we collected him which is unusual as normally he's upset in the car on the way home! Thank you, looking forward to seeing a photo of him on their website.

My cat Casper came back very relaxed and chilled. Noticibly different from other catteries. I think he liked the cat courtyard!

Have used these kennels twice now, both times very reassured that my two dogs are really well looked after. We request that they put in a kennel together. The kennels are lovely and spacious even with two dogs. We take our own bedding, toys, food etc but the kennels will provide if you wish them to. Dogs are exercised together or separately if you wish and very regularly. One of my dogs isn't great at being away from home but the kennel staff are lovely making a fuss of her and even hand feeding her! We booked a tour prior to booking our dogs in. Would highly recommend you do need to book well in advance as they get really booked up.

First kennels that my dog has seemed happy at. My dog came out of this kennel happy, and healthy, she wanted a cuddle from the front desk staff before she left! At all other kennels she has lost significant amounts of weight, smelt bad, wanted to get out as quick as possible without seeing anyone, and clearly not enjoyed herself. Can't recommend 2 acres enough.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our Siberian Husky, Tsar, has been coming here since a puppy and he is now 10 years old. He absoultely loves his visits here and we never have to worry about him. In fact he runs to reception when we get him out of the car and he doesnt even look back when they take him from us so he clearly feels at home. All the staff are amazing and attentive to every pet they have, nothing is too much trouble.Keep up the good work

Knowledgeable, friendly and our reactive dog seemed ok after his first kennel stay, 5 days. Separate walks and plays or other quieter dogs matched to his temperament. Only would say they said he was *fine* and he came home very quiet, lost his bark and his bed was all chewed. Fine weight and his usual self came back within a week, he was just very quiet. Must've just been a shock for him as first stay in kennels!
