Having dealt with Clarke & Simpson in relation to a couple of purchases and a sale in recent years, I have found them to be atypical compared to most other estate agents, which seem to operate with a general approach of smarm and smokescreens. I found Clarke & Simpson to be transparent and honest, on the whole.While the transaction was far from smooth due to external parties, the support and compassion shown by Oliver in the Framlingham office is to be commended and I would happily use them in a future transaction, be it a sale or a purchase.

Clarke and Simpson have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of our home. Every contact has been absolutely spot on from the whole team. Always quick, efficient and friendly. We've been given some excellent advice on all sorts of things related to the sale and move, way beyond what we would have expected. I'm almost 60 now and Clarke and Simpson are easily the best agent we have ever dealt with - highly recommended without any hesitation.

Oliver and the team did an excellent job of selling our stables and land recently. The process went very smoothly throughout all of the phases, taking only six weeks from preparation of the marketing details to completion of the sale. Great purchase and transaction, dealing with a friendly, professional, communicative, and responsive agent (as the buyer) was a pleasure….Clarke & Simpson played their part in a stress free and seamless transaction. This experience was after two failed and bad experiences trying to purchase through others agents in the area, Clarke & Simpson stuck out in comparison for all of the right reasons and didn’t apply any of the stereotypical agent traits.
