DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!Joist made with bent timber, incredibly rude delivery drivers, had to add on to the end of a few joist because they weren't made to the sizes specified.It's safe to safe they're cheap for a reason.

Terrible firmGave us dates for delivery for our roof trusses and joists so we organised crane hire for the specific dates and was then told they won’t be ready and we don’t know when they will be !!The customer service is probably one of the worst we have ever dealt with very rude and abrupt , shockingAvoid anything to do with this company in our opinion

Absolute joke of a company!! Avoid at all costs! Roof trusses made completely wrong, zero customer service, a huge fight to get any sort of a refund! Don’t use this company unless you have 3months and money to waste!!!!!!

Bought floor joists and trusses from AB Timber. Both arrived on time and quickly. I asked for them as soon as possible and they did their best to get them to me when we needed them. Both were delivered with a smile and dropped where we wanted them on the site. Not like other deliveries we have had, roadside for example leaving us to handball them to a suitable place!Steve was really helpful and couldn't do enough to help! Steve also recommended a fantastic carpenter James from Crosscut Carpentry who was also outstanding at his job! Great company and great service!! Thanks!!

I have just finished 3 houses, A&B took over the project from another manufacturer who made me many false promises. A&B finished the 2 houses remaining on my development. They delivered ontime and in full, unlike the previous company we employed. The Hi-ab lorry they deliver on was very helpful when our forklift broke down!
