I have just purchased 90 capsules of 5HTP from this company. It states on the packaging they are 200mg. When they arrived turns out they are only 200mg IF YOU TAKE 4 !!!! So really they are only 50mg each and NOT 200mg !!!! Absolute rip off will NEVER buy from this company again

I first gave these to my dog who was having trouble getting up the stairs and they worked a treat. After he passed away and having over half a box left I decided to try them myself and they really eased the arthritis in my hands. Would highly recommend you try them yourself.
