Mick was super fast in responding and the repair/upgrade only took a couple of days even though he had to wait for parts. Computer Repair Norwich replaced my failed hard drive on an iMac and rebuilt the machine using the latest components and hardware. The machine was thoroughly cleaned (the screen cleanliness gives it a wow factor! All works perfectly now with noticeable increase in speed. The work was completed quickly and significantly cheaper than a replacement would be. Excellent service!

Mick was amazing! Really professional, with great communication. He kept me informed every step of the way and was not only able to recover all the data from a broken harddrive, he was able to repair and upgrade the computer. He was so quick and transparent with costs and parts. I can't recommend him highly enough!
