They lease broken equipment and offer no help to refund any time taken to being back faulty machinery or replacement. Rude, aggressive manager. Go elsewhere.

Big shout out to Mike and his team at the NORWICH branch. They kicked some butts when the genny packed up at a trade show in Shropshire and got the Telford branch to send out a replacement pdq. Thanks Mike!!

Very poor service, would not recommend or return. Hired a table saw, waited for delivery arrived over an 1.5hrs post time slot called them- told they forgot the transformer.Item arrived set up for use wrong transformer unable to use as didn't fit. Tried to call just rang! Arrived Saturday morning no one around photo evidence, called no answer just rang! Hired saw for 1 week unable to use at all! Poor service.
