As a private owner, I recently purchased some trusses & was out of my depth. Was recommended Crendon by the structural engineer. For the price, you get most of the additional bits included which are extras from other suppliers, hence better value for money. The service from start to finish was excellent, I was pleasantly surprised from such a large company. It was customer orientated, questions were answered promptly, good advice was provided, even the delivery driver when out of his way to help unload.
