Yesterday, I popped into Lumo Tech with a charging port problem on my Samsung 20 FE, now 2.5 years old, which has increasingly difficult to charge by USB lead. Apparently this is a common problem and the chap explained great the port was most likely to be dirty.He offered to try to clean it then and there and after about 5 minutes had it working again 100%He was great and I would wholeheartedly recommend Lumo Tech
