Contacted them regarding a leak problem in my pool and spoke to a very nice lady who seemed helpful and said that she would get back to me. After a few more calls and emails from me, 2 men turned up , walked around the pool throwing the odd comments, then left. Several subsequent phone calls and emails from me elicited that arrangements would be made shortly to resolve the problem for me.More weeks passed. Nothing. Why run a company like this.........

Honestly, what an amazing service provided by Polaris Pools. I have driven them mad at times with my very short notice requirements but not once have they said no to me or let me down. From the very helpful Geeta on the phone to Andrew and his men being incredibly friendly, down to earth and helpful at each visit. I have had a few 'pool' companies come to my home but none compare to Polaris - NONE! Thank you guys for all of your help to get my pool sorted and I look forward to regular visits to keep the pool maintained. Wonderful service and I highly recommend these guys - Angela
