K1 Repair Centre

I would give 0 stars if I could, extremely disappointing service. Because the reviews were so good I chose to get my back screen repaired here instead of other places. I had booked an appointment and went in the and the guy quickly quickly started just going through my phone and didn’t tell me what he’s doing and then he asked me if he could take the screen protector off and I said yes but I wasn’t finished talking and he just took it off immediately and put it back on it all cracked, i was just confused why he put it back so I asked him kindly and I said maybe next time you have a customer can you please go a bit slower because I wasn’t finished talking and I was going to ask if it would cost extra to put on a new screen protector and he got very offended and defensive and said I’m complaining and blaming him and I was trying to explain to him nicely that I’m just trying to communicate with you not blame you but he just threw my £5 deposit on the table and said you can go somewhere else I don’t deal with this. And I said I was just confused so I asked you a question nicely because you were going very quickly and didn’t give me time to respond. But he just kept saying I was blaming and complaining and carried on talking to me rudely and told me to leave . He left my screen protector cracked and said it was already cracked before when it wasn’t as bad as he’d put it back on.

Iv had 2 phones repaired here and I have recommended this shop to family. Quick and efficient repairs, won't get my phone repaired anywhere else. Very friendly and always explains what he's doing and what's going on. Excellent service

Booked in to have my ps4 serviced after a year of not using it. Safe to say I came to the right place! So kind and helpful in store I couldn’t recommend more!

Phoned 2 other companies and was quoted £300 and £120. Plus would of had to post Xbox away for a week. Then phoned K1 and the gentleman charged me £50 and did it within the same day. Very Happy

Brilliant service received here, fixing my Samsung galaxy. Quick, friendly service, explained all my options, potential outcomes etc. But repair made and really fair price. Strongly recommend for phone repairs, never used for laptop/pc but would definitely do so

My IPhone 12 has been struggling to charge for some time so I finally decided to have it looked at. I read reviews of local phone repair outlets and K1 was head and shoulders above the competition. I telephoned, explained the issue and was advised to pop along.The gentlemen who answered the phone is also the owner and person carrying out the repairs. I found him friendly, professional and polite. He explained the potential outcomes of what he perceived to be the problem with my phone and the financial costs of such actions, this directness was reassuring.When he resolved the problem with what transpired to be the cheapest solution, this also showed me that he was doing the job required and not trying to make extra money by claiming it was a more expensive fix.I would recommend this gentleman's services without hesitation.

Took my iPhone here after a bad experience with another repair shop which led to needing a battery replacement. Very friendly, and very great service, explained everything well, and service was very fast. I absolutely recommend this repair shop for any kind of repair!
