I have been meaning to review The Firework Emporium for a long time, I have a video but I can't share it here so I'll send it in to your email for you to use on your socials if you wish! I love coming in and selecting fireworks to spread cheer with my family, freinds and neighbours! You do some amazing deals on the cakes and we haven't looked back since setting them off via the remote ignition box is so easy and safe... Thanks for your help :)

Super impressed with the 1st contact via a phone call , and was impressed all the way from start to finish , the staff s knowledge and attitude was 2nd to none .I found the website very easy to use .I placed my order after watching the video s .The videos were very amateur but were brilliant as it showed what the fireworks were really like not edited and made perfect .About 3 hours later I received a phone call to say my order was ready for collection , when ever I was ready to collect .The guy in the shop took his time and explained how to set the fireworks out and how to stake them and how to waterproof them .Many thanks 1st class serviceCraig Woolnough

Great customer service and prices

Both my children are expecting baby’s, I went to the shop to buy gender reveal fireworks they were amazing and done for us so that nobody would know the gender till we were all together made the evening extra special. Manager in this shop very nice and helpful and gave lots of advice how to be safe with the hot weather so a massive thank you for making our evening extra special

If you’re looking for over and above customer service look no further.Called these guys yesterday about purchasing some sparklers and even with the snowmaggedon outside they were able to arrange a drop off for me at home as their Ipswich store was closed.My daughter loved her little end of day birthday surprise so thank you and I highly recommend them.I think they’re a family run business and it really shows.

Fantastic, I ordered online, went in to collect and ended up buying a little more because the bloke in the shop was extremely helpful. First time I've bought from here but will definitely return. The fireworks themselves were spectacular.

This establishment, owner and individuals who work their are respectful, reliable and are customer oriented. Best experience and products I've bought. Large variety of choices. You can also see the product on a video before purchasing and with the value deals. You are basically walking away with more at a lower price with no consequence to great quality. Highly recommend.
