Amazing drinks, great & quick service too!! The people are super friendly.

I bought a tea with tapioca pearls, and an additional scoop of tapioca pearls for a charge. I waited 15 minutes, while other orders were being served before me, before they eventually called me up to tell me they’d just run out of tapioca and if I “was okay without it”. I said no, because the reason I get bubble tea is mainly for the pearls, and I paid extra for them, and said I’m good just getting a refund. The man walks away to talk to somebody and says “hold on”. So I wait another 10 minutes, and they give me my drink. With cold, uncooked tapioca in it.It would’ve been so much better to just refund me, because the tapioca was inedible. I ended up throwing the drink away after two sips. My husband said I should’ve gone back for a refund but my kids had just waited a half an hour for me to get a simple drink and I wasn’t about to make them stand in line again while I dealt with a refund. Next time, I’ll stick to Mooboo. The staff are great and I’ve never had a bad drink from there.

Best Mango tea I ever had.

Staff are not well trained, forget to put sugar in all 4 drinks, and we requested no ice but found ice .in the drinks. Sorry but we will not go there again.

Welcome to Canterbury.You might be the first,You might be the best,ButUnfortunately, not in this store.I was wait in there for more than half an hour for one bubble tea. It was not too packed. There were only 3 customers before me. But the service was too slow. My order number was 110, and they served number 114 and 115 before me. Because they are their friends. When I asked what's happening. They told me about the staff shortages. It's not an excuse. I don't care. You have to serve to order-number. Or you find enough staff. It's not rocket science. Just milk plus sauce and bubbles. That's it. You are not the only one. There are lots of bubble tea shops in Canterbury. Take care yourself.And the taste was sh.....I drink better bubble teas in Canterbury.Not Recommended.It's just a name, nothing more.
