I have bought 2 batten LED lights (V-TAC), 6400K daylight for my garage (this light is great for the eyes during night or cloudy/darker days); the product is very good quality and cheaper than similar products on the market. Related to purchasing experience, it was straight forward, no complications. The products were delivered on time as committed, no unpleasant surprises. Happy to recommend this store with 5 stars.

To be perfectly honest, I was a bit unsure about ordering at first having read some poor reviews relating to stock issues, but the good reviews outweighed the bad so I went for it. I placed an £50 order for 10 x GU16 LED Bulbs, and literally received them within three days, ..... What can I say, I was very impressed with the prompt service, the bulbs worked perfectly, so happy days, I will defiantly be ordering again when the time comes.

Excellent customer service when things go wrong. I had to use the warranty on a few LEDs that stopped working, and was worried because I had ordered them a long time ago that there would be issues, but their staff are very helpful on the phone.

Frustrating!No notification of dispatch.When questioned, given a tracking number.Post Office said it could only be tracked once delivered!Having paid £4 + for fast delivery, arrived six days after ordering.Turned out package was not tracked.

I spoke to someone a couple of days ago about a replacement ballast no one called me back so today I rang again and spoke a lady called Marie (hope spelling is ok) she responded to my questions with ease and professional attitude and answered my questions so I have placed an order with her ,she did a very professional job nice to speak to someone who can be bothered help

Quick Find 41704 - 5m LED strip kit - Based upon the quality of the product and speed of delivery of my initial purchase - now installed - see photo - I cut the first into 8 lengths one for each shelf, it did need additional wiring and patience to complete but overall it made an astounding difference to these Ikea display products. This time I ordered two 41704 and I am expecting delivery shortly.
