Got neck back and shoulder massage from Isabel after waking up with neck pain, she was very professional and thorough and really focused on my problem areas which helped the pain a lot. Would highly recommend

Been suffering with discomfort with my left leg for months. Not being able to cross it and generally feeling strange. Then finding a couple of lumpy bits on my leg and thinking I need to see a doctor. I booked an appointment with Emily at mersea road clinic and she was great. She explained what was going on. The whole session she really worked everything she could to try release my tightness in my leg. Then next day gave me a follow up email with stretches and stuff I can work on. She couldn't of been more helpful. I'll do what I can and see her in a few weeks to check on improvement. She really went above and beyond to make sure, she tried everything possible in the time frame we had. To get me on the road to recovery.

OMG, my experience with Richard today was unbelievable. I know it's only day one, but believe me, I feel so different already. Richard is very experienced in his work, and I recommend him to everyone.Yes I do ache a little bit, he told me that would happen but he was very hopeful that this would be my only visit to him, but if not he would only expect to see me once more. I really didn't want the session to stop. The massaging was so relaxing even though it was very deep at times and did hurt a bit, but well worth going through to feel how I do now. Thank you so much Richard.

I took my 13yr old daughter for an osteopath appointment with Keith & we were both extremely pleased. He made us both feel at ease & was extremely professional & knowledgeable. She competes in trampolining at elite level & Keith was very aware of the sport itself & the pressures the training & competitions can put on the body… so was a perfect find & we are very pleased with the advice & plan going forward to hopefully solve the problem. First ever visit and most definitely will not be my last. Extremely warm welcome at reception, there wasn't a very long wait at all. I was a little apprehensive before attending but Richard was friendly, welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this clinic.
