Wouldn't even give it a 1 star but had to to leave a review. The most rude impolite staff you could ever wish to meet. They talk amongst theirselves when customer's are waiting. Only plus side is Tracey and Anthea. Bring back the old pharmacy.

I was the only person in the shop and the lady on the till just ignored me and continued to put price tags on individual nail brushes! I then said I had come to pick up a prescription. She referred to her colleague who when I didn’t understand why the doctor had also given me a paper prescription kept talking over me and said that’s just how it is! Not helpful and could both do with some customer care training.

My family myself have used fircroft pharmacy for well over 15 years with no problem. We always find the staff to be polite friendly helpful too.They have a good stock of both branded and own brand medicines. Looking back I take my hat off to them for the last couple years.

Went in during the week.Needed some cough mixture.Was told by the assistant that I had the wrong type of cough,and they couldent sell me it.Was it precription I asked ? No,we just dont think its suitable.Went to Norwich Road pharmacy,friendly,got the chemist out,sold me some suitable medicine,went home,all better in two days.Unsmiling,unfriendly,and need customer training.Go somewhere else .

Slow, incompetent, rude, the list goes on. Then compounded by the fact that the clientele and staff think it’s an opportunity for a chit chat about “Paul’s wife's affair” which adds to the already lengthy waiting time

Appalling staff attitude, kept hold of my prescription for future doses and when I went back to reorder they then refused to make it up. It had 6 uses left on the prescription and only used 1 so far, and when I went back to reorder and they refused, also refused to give the paper prescription which cost £18 such a shame as they were at one point really friendly and helpful. Don't use this pharmacy anymore, it's not worth it.

Very rude lady served yesterday. Trying to say in front of shop full of people the medical exemption wasn't right and would get caught. She had it wrong, yet continued to be rude. No need to be so loud and unprofessional. This pharmacy has completely changed.

I had a great experience at Fircroft Road pharmacy. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and gave me good advice on how to use my medication. The pharmacy was clean, well-stocked and easy to find. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a reliable and convenient pharmacy service.

The girls who work there work extremely hard and sometimes under really difficult circumstances, through no fault of their own, if they cannot get different medications due to shortages they do tell you and advise you to get back in touch with your doctors surgery. I can honestly say that Anthea, Avril, Tracey and the girls try their hardest to accommodate everyone and their needs and should be praised for their hard work and cheerful nature in dealing with the situation.
