A great company no doubt, good products, good service, rapid delivery etc. etc. But since they shifted the order lines and customer service all online and the little bouncy Can we help?" boxes the whole thing has become impersonal and time-consuming

This used to be the best electronics shop ever, I work around 300m away from Rapid and used to pop in to the customer counter and pick stuff up, while i was in there i used to pick up loads of things that i didn't really need but might someday come in useful.Since Covid the store never reopened and now i have to pay money to have stuff delivered when I'm only 300m away.places like this should have at least a collection counter for stuff that that is needed fast.It would not cost them anything to have a counter as they could use one of the people to just bring the item to the counter and not have to pack and post it.Bad non caring service at its best.

Great products at good prices. ‘I’ve only rated 3out of 5 stars because of issues in communication. ‘Customer services’ seems to be ‘online/message enquires’ only, which doesn’t seem to be working, I’ve tried for the last half an hour. Some people need to talk to a human.

Not impressed with customer service.After patiently waiting for 10 days for my order to be delivered I contacted Rapid Electronics to enquire what had happened. I was informed that the item had been discontinued and they would issue a refund.You took my payment when I placed the order and made no attempt to contact me.

Not happy at all. Purchased a Behringer audio interface on the 19th May. Money taken immediately. Heard nothing for a few days and started to panic as it says discontinued on their site. I tweeted them to query and I was promised dispatch on the 28th of May.I contacted them by live chat today only for it to be confirmed it’s discontinued, that I’ve apparently been emailed but they ‘have no idea why I’ve not been refunded’.I have not had an email. I have not had my interface and I have not had my refund. What I did have was money taken from my account for an item they clearly knew was discontinued.Really disappointed, would not recommend in any circumstance.

Ordered a type 2 to type 2 electric charger cable in February 2021. Found out today that’s it’s faulty and doesn’t charge my car.Rapid electronics response was that the product is out of guarantee so we won’t change it.I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs because if you have an issue and the item is out of guarantee they don’t want to know.I look forward to now finding another £170 for a replacement.

I ordered one cable and waited as expected for dispatching the order. After a week nothing is dispatched despite they say 3 days backlog. Nobody to call or answering to the chat. Very disappointing.

A fantastic company. Great customer service who will do everything possible to help out their customers. I have been using Rapid for almost 20 years now and never had a problem. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Trade counter closed, no notice on their home page and their Google profile still lists them as an outlet.Very frustrating when the staff say we can't get your stuff" when it's in the warehouse just a few metres away.Poor show."

Fantastic service. Unfortunately my order was lost during shipping. I emailed the company and they replied very quickly, apologised even though it wad not their fault, a resent a replacement without charge straight away. Would highly recommend.
