Andy has recently installed a woodburner in our conservatory. He was very professional and we are thrilled with his work. It was snowing when he cut through the roof of the conservatory but he carried on regardless! We would highly recommend his work and are so pleased with our beautiful wood burner - it has warmed up our conservatory which enables us to use it all the year round.

Woodburner sweep booked - what we got was a hoover out of the burner and that was it! On checking it was obvious the baffle plate was not removed (flue can't be swept with that still in it and its tricky to remove)...couple of fire bricks were removed and then put back in round the wrong way! Called to discuss it and left a voicemail but no call back as yet.....at least there is an address to visit. Disappointing to say the least :(. My advice would be use someone else.
