We are so pleased with the customer service Andy and his team were able to provide!We bought a beautiful Ranchu Godlfish from them a few weeks back and we were so happy with her. So we decided to buy one more fish which was also beautiful just not what we were looking for. Andy was so kind and helpful when we emailed him about it and was able to work things out! He really cares about his customers, which is why we will definitely buy all our fish from him!His communication with his customers is amazing, he answered really quick, even when we emailed out of hours.We would really recommend his business if you are looking for good quality services!

The number 1 online service to get your goldfish.Don't look elsewhere if you want good quality goldies!! A little pricey but you do get what you pay for. Andy is responsive on emails. Check out the YouTube channel from goldfish fanatics to see the premises and how well it's maintained.Shame I don't have enough tanks to buy more!

6 weeks into having our fish and we can honestly say our experience has been nothing but positive. We were new to the fancy goldfish life and whenever we had questions or weren't sure about something and would contact Andy, he wouldn't hesitate to give us guidance and share his knowledge. As I type this review, we're in the process of ordering some more fish. After learning more about the qualities and characteristics of the fish, we can say for certain that our fish and the fish Andy provides have such amazing characteristics and are of very high quality.

I was unsure about introducing a third species to my koi carp pond which already has 20 large fish and a 1m long sturgeon. Andy provided invaluable advice. My intention was to purchase 4 fancy gold fish as a start. After surveying the Star Fisheries web site and chatting to Andy… ended up buying 16 specimens! They look so lovely in the pond and so far no issues with integration with other species. I’ll never shop anywhere else for fancy goldfish. Andy is the king of fancyGoldfish in Europe and the U.K.

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!Just the best aftercare you will get. Excellent website, easy browsing & non complicated check out. So many fish to chose from with a good explanation of each fishes characteristics & care requirements. Andy is the greatest & I will not be purchasing from anyone else. I’m on tank 7 now & I will only be filling any more tanks with fish from Star Fisheries. I struggle to find good quality Ranchu goldfish in the UK and without them, I would’ve had to import which would’ve been a hell ride. You can choose your grade of fish from standard to better, to high grade. Of course, this is not offered at somewhere like high street franchises, so spend ur money here. Arrived with private courier qualified to carry live fish & the packing was above par. All arrived healthy, happy & ensuring you do your bit, they’ll live a good long life. Anything else you order on the website is also sent with your fish. I’m a repeat customer & you’ll be too. Comms are excellent & aftercare seems to be better than anywhere I’ve ever purchased from. Defo worth it.

I wanted particular colour fish and couldnt get them in aquatic shops, I ordered some fish from Star Fisheries.. The service was really good, they kept me up to date with the progress of my order, emailed me to confirm my delivery date, had text messages on the delivery day. I have to be honest, I was really impressed. Unfortunately one of my fish didnt make the journey. I spoke to Star and they were brilliant. Very apologetic and upset like me. A replacement fish was sent the next week and he arrived safe and sound. I am very impressed with the service and the quality of the fish. I would recommend them with out hesitation and will be using them again. The fact you can choose particular colours and breeds is something I cannot get locally to me..
