For a person who has never used a gym all the staff are very freindly and make you feel at ease the instructors are extremely proffessional and knowledgable i have been made to feel so welcome by other members also would reccomend highly to all ages and abilitys

Well equipped gym with friendly helpful staff. Equipment ranges from treadmills, rowing machines, weight machines etc, by Life Fitness to free weights, Olympian weights and cable machines. You can buy monthly membership as there is no minimum contract. If you pay by Direct debit then you can cancel any time. They even do classes but not sure which as don't go to these. There are also knowledgeable gym instructors to help with work outs etc.
