Extremely quick service and one of the best haircuts I had in a long time. Rio was so kind and made me feel like I was a customer there for many years prior. Great service once again and worth much more than 5 stars.

Capello was recommended by my partner who was specifically a fan of Ali’s work. I went to go to my usual barbers today but as they were full decided to try somewhere new. Ali also did my hair and I was so glad of it.I don’t often enjoy the experience of having my hair cut, but I felt so at ease with Ali, a very lovely man who was easy to chat to and did some great work. I have come away fully aware that I will be back time and time again. Will definitely be recommending to everyone.

I've just visited for the first time. The barber I have used since I moved to Swindon has moved on. They managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday. While I waited, I could see that the barbers here are really dedicated professionals. Kids, teens and adults all left with their chosen style looking sharp.I left very pleased with my crisp, clean cut.I found my new barber.Thank you.

Booked the ‘quality cut’ option for £37 as I was just looking for a bit of a tidy up to a short back and sides I had gotten around a month and a half before.The quality of the cut was good and the barber was attentive and personable. However, on leaving I was told that as he had taken more than 30 minutes to cut my hair, I would have to pay for the ‘premium cut’ at £47. I had specifically booked the ‘quality cut’ on the basis of PMB’s reputation and the price point at £37.My hair was quite short to start with and I was never informed during the cut that the barber’s approach would incur a higher fee than my booking. I was grateful for the time taken over the cut but this decision was taken unilaterally and was not communicated to me at any point.As I say, the quality of the cut was good but the sudden uplift in price without any prior mention (and driven by the barber’s own approach to my haircut) felt a bit underhanded and left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. On this basis, I would be reticent to return.
