Red Panda Gaming Café
Quickly becoming a gem of Lincoln, a wonder opportunity to play a huge selection of board games both old and new.A small cafe for drinks and snacks at fair prices for location, likewise table rental is a reasonably priced hourly charge except on Tuesdays where its £5 for the night (at time of writing). The staff try to learn a few of the more popular games to aid newcomers and theres even small tournaments. Also toilets are available on the premises.Highly recommended but due to its small size its frequently full, entering also requires climbing quite a few stairs with no disable access in the small building so those with mobility issues please be aware.

The Games Room
Cheap place for both pool and drinks. Would've been nice to get a bit more information on how the pricing of pool and snooker worked. We spent 20 minutes messing around because no one told us the upstairs area has a different set of rules. We watched at least 10 other people do the same thing. Might be worth explaining how it works when people first arrive.Very high profile place for uni students, so if you want to avoid crowds it's best to go during the day.The staff are friendly, and it feels welcoming enough, but the vaseline smeared on the back of the toilet gives the impression on what kind of establishment this can be, so be aware of that when you go.You pay for what you get, and so the pool tables and cues are not amazing, but you can't ask for much as 50p a game is the cheapest I've seen in a very long time.

Dragon Cavern - Board Games & Games Workshop
I have been a few times, and it's a great place for anything tabletop gaming. They have a huge selection of games and are more than happy to help get what you need. They offer plenty of game nights, including pokemon, War hammer, and magic, the gatheting, to name a few. They put on learning nights to learn games, too.Lots of info on their facebook page. There are drinks and snacks available. Table hire charge. (Check website for info)Overall, it is a great friendly place, with a super helpfull staff.Well worth a visit!!!

The Film Atelier
The loveliest little cafe tucked away in Catford. I really love the cakes i’ve had the carrot cake, the pecan pie and the pumpkin cake. All of the cakes here are vegetarian and made by a local baker. The tea is absolutely amazing and brewed in such a unique technique, the only place i’ve ever seen to do it this way. I particularly loved the Dracula’s delight tea and the strawberry rose tea. Couldn't recommend this place more. They also do really nice bubble tea. I also love that this isn’t just a cafe but a hub for music and art lovers, there’s always an event going on, this is a must go place!

Darkstar Gaming
Whilst I can't speak for every night of the week, the Darkstar X-wing group are some of the friendliest, most welcoming guys I've met.Tournaments for all sorts of games, RPG groups, a selection of stock to buy, on-site food and drink options and really reasonably priced. If you're looking for a new gaming spot or maybe trying out your first one I'd recommend Darkstar for your needs!

Mox in the Hole
Was there on the morning before my departure from Edinburgh. Asked in the shop for singles. Chef told me to order them online. In the afternoon i could pick them up. Great prices and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Bad Moon Cafe
Was previously very hot and loud, but new air conditioning and sound absorbing panels have made it a lovely place to be at any time. The only fault I have is the limited food offering - just (very nice) sandwiches and pizza - but to be fair it is a café first and foremost.Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can use a table for hobbying and painting or sketching or just chatting. You need to pay a small fee per person to play any board games - either from their library or if you bring your own.

The Smorgasboard
Popped along to an event in Mumbles and really enjoyed. Good atmosphere and Matt was great at helping explain the games. Was also helpful to get suggestions from him about complexity of games and how long things would take. Will be returning

The Brotherhood Games
I discovered this place online while I was looking for something dealing with trading card game in London. I'm very happy to have visited it and I'm also a bit envious that there are no similar ones in Italy! The products are displayed in an orderly and precise manner, fair prices and nice staff.
