its a pute ripoff store, a person who works there seems very charming but says his boss does not allow him to give proper service.... they promesed a expres delivery qnd made me pay 50 pound for that... they assured a 2 day delivery... it took 2.5 weeks! and they refuse to give a refund! it has cost me about 300 extra to keep my boat out of the water waiting for a part that didnt even come! and as an excuse they blame the parcel company but refuse to refund me the delivery cost... also they are about 20% more expensive than their competition and if you post a bad revieuw on facebook they will block you!ive been emailing and calling for serveral weeks and now i see no otjer option than leaving a bad revieuw!

OK Joinery Ltd
OK Joinery Ltd made us (an Event Agency) a bespoke piece of furniture for a non-standard shaped area. The build itself was tricky, as the space it was being made for was an odd shape, with the furniture itself needing to serve a particular function as well as look premium.Tibor was able to visualise exactly what we needed and how to make this and quoted accordingly. The team then delivered on time despite the tight turnaround time and installed the piece for us, exceeding all expectations. It looks fantastic - we are extremely happy! Thanks guys! :)

Oxford Cruisers Ltd
The survey I had undertaken prior to purchasing my 70ft narrowboat said that it would be a good idea if she was sandblasted and expoxy resin applied to the hull also that a little welding would be needed. I duly booked her in with Andy at Oxford Cruisers Ltd.I had trepidations as she is my first boat and first home, being apart from her caused some anxiety, however, Andy was absolutely brilliant, he sent video clips and photos daily of her progress. Unfortunately she needed much more welding than the survey indicated but Andy was very supportive and assured me that although it looked bad it was all repairable. She had a few other issues that weren’t in the planned works and Andy was incredibly generous with his knowledge and time in advising me on how I could resolve the issues.I am very grateful for the level of service and the standard of work carried out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oxford Cruisers to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Richmond Bridge Boathouses
An excellent spot to sit with a group and watch events like the Cleaning the area of plastics as volunteers paddle on rafts and organised by Richmond organisers. This area is spacious and excellent also for watching wild fowls gather and swim in the waters nearby. The shops are not too far away for a coffee afterwards.Richmond station is at the opposite end of the high street but buses from the bus stop across the bridge, goes towards St Margaret's railway station (1 bus stop away) and which is in zone 4, also stops at Richmond station and goes towards Waterloo train station (city bound).Overall a nice riverbank area to stroll through on a warm summer's day.

Recently purchased my first boat using the Kip and Rhu Marina teams. Both offices could not have been more helpful and the whole process went very smoothly with useful advice on various aspects such as choice of surveyor etc offered along the way.
