Lewes Road Bus Garage
Probably one of the worst bus service on the planet. Bus always full and skipping station, the drivers are rude, tickets are expensive, incompetent bus routes, filthy buses and never on time. The only good thing is it gives me an excuse to buy a car.

Leeds City Bus Station
Had a right nightmare but the staff were great. My fhone battery went flat and I had no bank card but needed to book my ticket online. There was a phone charging locker but needed a card to pay to use it. The attendant was great he understood my situation and charged my phone for me. I managed to book my ticket and get back to middlesbrough after being straded for over 4 hrs. The staff were great but are limited to what they can do. My advice to people traveling is simply this ... take a portable battery pack so you can charge your phone in an emergency.

Lost my Oyster card, thanks to the help of one lovely employee I got it back. Had a great chat and experience. Although someone else tried to turn me away until I said I was tracking it with an AirTag so I think their organisation system could be a bit more thorough. Also it’s impossible to call them so I just had to show up

Go North East - Sunderland Depot
Wouldn't normally complain about the drivers but just had some terrible service recently. Absolutely shocking, one of the drivers was handed my daughters bank card and he never handed it in even tho I called and logged a report. No other depot cuts up bank cards but apparently this depot does. The driver still should have reported he was handed a card and logged it in their records even if it's their policy to cut up cards but he never did this ... what is the point of handing anything in to a driver if this is what they do?
