My third time using them from stansted and they are terrible !! It doesn’t make a difference if you pre-book online or on the spot there they will make you queue and wait in the cold standing like a children queue in school ! Everytime I came earlier than my pre booked ticket and waited at least an hour . Right now I’m in the queue over 1.5 hrs and saw 3 buses going with pplBooked after me ! Cowboy stuff …Buses are okay thou and drivers descent .. ground stuff usually don’t have temperAnd don’t care about anything

When they don’t change the bus times and routes to confuse even their own members of staff, it works relatively fine. The rest of the time it remains the bane of our already fairly depressing Plymouthian existence.

zero customer service to be expected.very young assistant at the shop scammed us - first pressured us into buying two tickets for the OX-LHR service at the shop instead of paying when boarding the bus then after the payment went through told us the bus had a 45 minute delay. at that point we could not cancel our payment or get reimbursed anymore.when we asked for reimbursement he responded with a highly unempathic corporate lingo. it is not our responsibility to catch your flight". mind you we were paid 50 pounds for those bus tickets.bus driver taunted me when I hastily grabbed the luggage he threw out of the bus trunk. that was after we arrived at LHR 75 minutes late."

great service

Went into this small shop last week as we had just an afternoon and evening in Blackpool. The gentleman in there gave us every bit of information we could possibly need to make the best use of our time and evening. He gave us a great recommendation for an evening meal with a £5.00 coupon off. He sold us tram tickets and I'd like him to know we took the tram to Bispham and then walked the whole length of the lights with a stop for the meal on the way along. A great find for us + a free map. Thank you.

From Stansted Airport to Golders Green Coach Station was fine. Helpful staff. But when we were headed home, our booked coach didn't arrive in time and was supposed to be at Stansted Airport by 17:15. We arrived at 18:50 and missed our flight. We contacted social services because the coach we took was also 50 mins late but they refused to get us a refund because we didn't book our coach tickets 3 hours prior to our flight departure. (Our flight departure was at 18:00, we could've easily made it to the gates as well + we bought Priority tickets.) Neither Ryanair nor National Express was helpful, we missed our flight and neither of them got us a refund or help to find a hotel to stay at that night. We were traveling alone (two girls, both 18yo) and we managed to rent a room at a nearby hotel (they were very helpful and kind at Holiday Inn Express London). In short, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
