Horrible customer experience ! Not sure why these exist !

Has been my go-to hotel for years whenever I come home to Cardiff and have always been happy with it, but this is the first time I've had time to use the pool and spa, and the changing rooms were like stepping into a different building: broken/rusted lockers, broken ceiling tiles and broken locks on the shower doors, used plaster left on the bench, steam room with no steam, surly receptionist.It's a shame because the spa/pool was always a big factor for me in choosing this Hilton compared to other local hotels, I just never had the time to use it until this week.That being said everything else about the hotel is great, so if you don't plan to use the pool/gym it's 5 stars.

I had a very good experience . Recommend to all females willing to start their own business. I had a meeting and guidance session with Katherine Wyatt , which was very useful and good. I also met Rabia and her team who were very helpful and knowing about the work they do was very encouraging and inspiring.

Incredible inventory in store and quick shipping online.

My sister is registered here & I can’t explain how incredible the Dr was who recently saw her. She dealt with her as an individual & adapted to ensure my sister was calm, open to engagement with her & she also listened to me. She was patient & understanding. Dr Hennessy is a huge credit to the surgery.
