Always the best food. Breakfast is awesome. My boys love coming to Tim Horton. And specially french vanilla latte is the best.

Amazing experience coming for breakfast today. Staff were so lovely and happy to help, they even brought round samples of the hot chocolate (which is amazing btw) and we were given 10 timbits to take home too. The breakfast was lovely (better than the McCompetitor). 10/10 will definitely be back.

Well, we were very impressed by Tim Hortons. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Plenty of space even for mobility scooters. The food was fresh and attractive. The drinks were hot and served in proper mugs. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll certainly be back.

First time visit to this Tim Hortons location.I was really impressed with the choice and set-up inside, it made a refreshing change to visit somewhere that offers a hybrid between a good coffee shop and a burger bar.Kids food was also great and I loved that kids can choose between toasted cheese sandwiches and usual chicken / burger options.3 adult meals and 1 child's meal came to just over £27, which for what you actually get is great value when compared to competitors in this space.The restaurant itself feels 'grown up' and relaxing, whilst maintaining a family vibe. You can sit and relax in comfortable seating and not feel rushed to eat / leave.Very clean and tidy throughout including the toilet facilities.I'll definitely return when next in the area.

Sensational food ordered the Mounties platter which was incredible best burger around by far had them both cooked medium cooled to perfection full of flavour. First time I've sat in to eat and definitely better than ordering on takeaway will be back again. Thanks Cowtown grill

I absolutely love this Tim Hortons. I come here almost every week and each experience is as great as the last. The staff here are so kind and welcoming, and each drink I have had has never let me down. The staff are friendly and always make sure you are happy and comfortable.

Straight from Canada, I've been craving poutine since I've been living in Edinburgh and this is what I wanted. These guys are from Toronto so please UK, give Canadian poutine a try, you won't regret it!

We have tried this restaurant (Broughton Shopping Park) a couple of times and every single time something has gone wrong with our order. From forgetting our main and sauces, giving us the wrong doughnuts and messing up our orders. On one visit we ordered a plain chicken burger and a standard beef burger. They gave us two chicken burgers with everything on. All of these occurrences happened on separate trips. We have had not one visit where everything was done properly first time. The service is slow and when I have approached the desk to ask for our order to be corrected, the staff will acknowledge me then ignore me for 5 more minutes. The food is mediocre and predominately served cold. On our most recent visit (24/08/2022) my sisters main was missing and as we were eating ice fell from the roof! We gathered this was due to broken air con but the area which was affected wasn’t even cornered off. I’ll give it to them, there was a “Cleaning in Progress” sign which is to just cover their backs if someone was to injure themselves because of the puddles on the floor. None of the staff members seemed phased by the falling ice and there were no buckets collecting the ice. There was puddles in the walk ways and about two - three tables affected. All the other tables were dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

always really good and quick service! manager was super nice. unsure of his name but he let me wait for the bus inside & gave me an extra sturdy bag so my paper bag wouldnt rip on the bus. super cool guy :)!

Tim Hortons seems to have a reputation as trashy in North America, but honestly this was cheap and decent fast food and the place was clean. Definitely a better option than McDonalds. Orders were via touchscreen, so it's hard to rate service one way or another, but orders were ready fast and the food was genuinely good. As Google requested these details: Parking was fine, the building was on the same level as the car park so wheelchair access would be fine, although there was seating on multiple levels so only some of the seating is fully accessible.
