Been using them for years, really friendly staff. They now refurbishing my mk1 mx5 and it's looking amazing

Painted my car some time ago through my insurance company, they’ve sprayed paint onto the old paint instead ripping it off and then paint, soI believe that’s why it’s coming off now. Not happy with their service at all.

Excellent customer service with first hand experience from highly trained guys, namely Ryan, who’ve worked in dealerships before.Would definitely recommend to anyone who has any issues with their moped/motorcycle.

Excellent service. They repaired my transmission, which saved a lot by not needing a replacement. It was a tricky job, but carried out to a great standard and they kept me updated throughout. Will use them again.

Just picked up my Kuga Automatic, there were things that needed doing on the car before purchase and one job in particular that I wanted doing and they all got sorted , both quickly with no fuss ,dealt with Steve and I know Paul gave the go ahead , thanks to both of you , car is fantastic , all round great experience , will 100% buy again from Fairway, we’ll done

Horrible horrible service we received. Bought a car from them and even paid 200 for admin free was promised the car would be fully valeted and scratches would be taken care of. Received the car it was still dirty and nothing was done on top for the scratches. Tried to get them to book me on to have it fixed keep getting no reply to my calls just being told someone will call me back and no one would call me back.Didn't receive any paperwork kept having to call them to get v5 as they said they would do it thorough their portal took over a month to receive. Had to keep emailing then back and forth to get receipts and paperwork.Also was missing a button for media control, called so many times kept being told we are investigating we will call you back and no calls back. Took them almost 2 months to get me a button sent out and the one I received didn't even fit. Called them up told them was just told someone will call me back but no one did. At this point I got so fed up just went to the tayota garage and got it myself.Would seriously avoid these guys very unprofessional just wanted to sell of the car and didn't care for the customer once the sale went through.

Can only speak positively of these guys after just using for the first time.They responded to an online enquiry quickly, helpfully, and we were able to get the vehicle seen by them that day. They have been transparent throughout, and completed work at a much cheaper rate than has previously been quoted by Kwikfit. They were also excellent in their comms to let us know when the vehicle was ready (next day), calling and sending SMS messages to alert. Can't do any better than that really can you!Excellent find, recommended.PS - can't comment on the truthfulness of the negative reviews left, but to refute a comment one has made I'm happy to confirm this review is both INDEPENDENT and GENUINE!

I was referred to C&P for rear-end accident repairs by my insurer. I'm pleased to say that the service levels from C&P were exceptional, from regular updates received on progress, to the friendly courtesy car drop-off and pick-up personnel and, most importantly, the brilliant job done with the car repair. You'd never know that the car had been damaged! I'd highly recommend C&P for any repair work.
