I can't thank Marie at Robson & Stephens enough for the support she gave me in planning my mums funeral. Marie went above and beyond by understanding the funeral service mum wanted and she delivered a service that mum would have been very happy with. I highly recommend this company.

Owen’s are the most caring funeral directors I have ever dealt with & sadly I’ve had the misfortune to need funeral services on several occasions. From the care & compassion shown when they collected my loved one all the way through to the perfect send off they helped me arrange, everything was done with perfection & nothing was too much trouble. The support shown by the lovely Alex was above & beyond & I can honestly say she held me together during the awful gap between my loss & the funeral. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough to give your loved one the send off they surely deserve.

Me and my mum were very happy with evergreen funeral services. We had some issues dealing with our funeral but Steve and Gary were very helpful and professional when it came to sorting things out. We truly appreciate the service they organised for us and we recommend the place to anyone.

Very pleased with beautiful basket!Couldn’t find the right sized basket anywhere to make the most use of my space. Found Sussex Willow Baskets online and discussed my requirements with Stephen who sent me further photographs by email of different styles. I provided my measurements & a rough sketch and Stephen did the rest. The basket was delivered safely, and well-packed, and fitted perfectly!

It was time to say goodbye to our beloved boy Bertie and we had already read the wonderful reviews on the Cotswold Pet Cremation site. I phoned Lisa before we went to the vets and she called me straight back. After our initial conversation, I knew that we had made the right decision to trust Lisa with our boy. When we arrived with Bertie, Lisa greeted us so warmly and with so much compassion. There was a Bertie sized bed waiting for him and we laid him carefully down and tucked him in with a blanket. Lisa sat down with us and gently explained everything, whilst asking us all about Bertie and our wonderful life together. She promised to look after our boy like he was her own and we just knew that she would. She is a wonderfully caring lady with the perfect combination of professionalism and genuine empathy and kindness. Lisa brought us positivity on what was a terrible day. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we are so grateful to Lisa. We know that Bertie would have loved her too and we are thankful that Lisa was there to care for him when it was time for us to kiss our boy and say our last goodbyes. This is a really individual service befitting of any beloved pet. We wouldn't hesitate to use Cotswold Pet Cremation again and would recommend their services to anyone in need.

It was the most beautiful coffin I had ever seen. It’s quality craftsmanship, natural curved form with finishing touches like hazel fastenings were exactly what we were looking for. Perfect.

I had been looking for ages for a Casket for my Dads Ashes, but nothing came anywhere close. Then on what would of been his Birthday I looked again and found just what I knew my Dad would of approved of. A Tank Casket, my Dad was a Tank Engineer during WWII, I bought it immediately, Andrew emailed me soon after, from start to finish Andrew kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was happy with it. It arrived and I was absolutely blown away by it, it's also bigger than I thought so after I transferred Dads Ashes we were able to add something small from each Family member before we sealed it up. It's a real talking point whenever anyone visits. I am so very happy with it, I know Dad would be too. Judith and the team recently helped us with organising the funeral for my father. I count myself lucky to have never have had to be involved in arranging a funeral before, but I honestly cannot fault Dandelion Farewells.
