Dr Lilly has helped us tremendously! Our dog is a young reactive lab who can react to other dogs out of both fear and/or frustration. Lilly provided us with thorough support, observed the work we had already done and a provided a detailed plan to support our journey. She was kind in her feedback of the work we had done thus far and her little suggestions of alterations made a huge difference to our training. She observed the way our dog interacted with others and was able to provide clear steps to get us back to where we are now - which is greatly improved!! It has only been 3 months since we met, so we are not perfect but our dog is able to not react at shorter distances and cope better generally. It is like night and day compared to where we were before!I have already recommended Lilly to others and would happy recommend her services to anybody who is struggling. The addition of being registered with official bodies meant that we could claim via our pet insurance, which was also a big help!Thank you, Lilly! :)

Highly recommend Bonnie. Her gentle, positive approach, paired with heaps of knowledge turned our dog Pablo - who was anxious and hated being touched - into a happy, cuddly boy. She explained everything in great detail and we learnt so much, which helped us understand him better and create a relationship with him that is built on trust :)

Julie is the perfect Dog trainer, not only is she highly qualified with a wealth of knowledge and experience, she has a natural empathy and kindness.The training is all about reward for your dog to encourage trust and build confidence between you both, with plenty of help and advise when needed for us owners. Classes are structured but always fun and rewarding for dog and handler alike.After many years of training with Julie I consider her a dear friend as made the time I had with my beloved Taz the best it could possibly be.He absolutely loved every class and for that I cannot thank Julie enough. It goes without saying my Daughters little dog Rolo loves it too.Therefore I cannot recommend highly enough.

I really cannot recommend Svetlana and Edita enough!My cats are SUPER scared of everyone and they are so relaxed here. I don't take them anywhere else, it's like they have magic powers because the cats turn into something else with them. They are super attentive and care so much about the animals and the quality of the service is also incredible! Honestly, best place to take your pets. Attaching a picture of what came out of my pretty kitten, looks so fresh now, even tho he has so much fur that you can't even almost notice the difference haha. Just much smoother and looking like a gent now! Thank you so much for always looking after my pets! :))

This lady is amazing, she's super bubbly and knowledgeable. She tailors training to your specific dogs needs and has a lovely personality to go with training. She's helped us understand Gigi so we're now a lot more connected as a family
