Chemist

You are advised to speak to a chemist rather than call the Dr’s, this I did and wish I hadn’t bothered, he was very abrupt as if he didn’t want to help. Also twice now I have had to chase prescriptions after 4 and 5 days! This is not acceptable. Have now changed for my prescription to go to another chemist where their service is 100% better! Would not recommend this chemist at all

I completely agree with the other reviews!!! That lady with glasses she's such a rude person, not helpful at all and looking like she's giving you a favour every time you go there to get your medicine. She look and talk at you like she hate you and she cannot wait for you to leave, such a horrible worker. I have to ask the doctor to send my prescriptions elsewhere even thought that would be easier for me to go.

No point having a pharmacy in the store they never have anything in, may as well use the space for extra tomato . . .

I recently handed in a prescription at this pharmacy after returning from a holiday overseas which unfortunately necessitated hospital treatment. When I handed in my prescription, I was told there would be a wait. I went away for fifteen minutes and drank two cups of coffee in the store's coffee shop . I duly returned to the pharmacy counter to collect my prescription and was nonchalently told by a Counter Assistant that my prescription was in the queue waiting to be done. As there are more efficient pharmacies in the area, I requested the return of my prescription and the Assistant had the effrontery to enquire, Are you sure?" I should have been offered an explanation as to why the prescription was not ready within a reasonable time of it being handed in as opposed to being offered an authoritarian fait accompli. It is never a good idea for any business

Polite Staff, Great Service & always stocked with what I need.

Questioned if I was someone else and asked when the last time I was at the pharmacy then repeatedly asked if the medication was in conflict with any other medication. Friend was also told he couldn't buy medication as it was in conflict with a prescription(it's not) then had security called when he disputed this claim under the guise of staff harassment. Normally average service some times poor.

Just wanted to buy a simple head lice shampoo as I work for School and someone close to me had head lice.A not nice young lady refused to sell it to me because she just didn’t believe that I could have it. So I told her I wasn’t sure if I had it but my head was itchy and I just wanted to buy a bottle to keep at home.The lady told me to go somewhere as she didn’t want to sell it to me. I don’t know what she was thinking that I wanted to drink it or whatever was in her head. Honestly never seen such a bad behaviour before. So I asked her a few times if I need a prescription to buy it. Her answer: “ no you don’t need a prescription but still I’m not going to sell it to you, just go to Wilko or somewhere else. Do you understand what I’m saying? “ My advice do not even go in there if you see her inside. Horrible horrible and super rude behaviour. Anyone can buy it, I could buy a hundred bottles if I wanted. She was trying to make me look stupid. Never seen anything like that before.

What the Hell!! They don't value your time. All staff stood in back talking and asked how long for my prescription after half an hour then got reply they're printing it now". If hadn't asked God knows how long would be sat there. It wasn't as if they were busy
