Coming from the Seattle area, where all we have are Starbucks, this place is amazing!Ate at a few Pret restaurants in and around Edinburgh, and they all offer fresh fast food, good prices (compared to other places), and good quality.Knocked down one star for their breakfast bowls, I tried a couple of them and wasn’t impressed, but the sandwiches, cookies, and drinks are good!

Bought coffee after this company was highly recommended by family in Glasgow - fabulous service, prompt delivery and absolutely incredible coffee! Congratulations on creating superb coffee!

Got the Kropps blend which is a light/medium roast. Next day collection. Roasted on the same day. Best light roasted beans I’ve had so far would definitely recommend

I have come to this pret quite regularly but today when I pulled out the chocolate croissant from the bag I found a black hair attached to the pastry. This is disgusting!!! You need to check the food you are serving customers

Fantastic! I’ve now been buying coffee beans from the house of coffee for around 6 months. This being the first review I have ever written, it’s safe to say I am highly impressed by the product and customer service received by this wonderful company.I placed my latest order 5 days ago to arrive 2nd class a couple of days later. After not receiving my order the day after it was due, which was the first time I had experienced this, I contacted the house of coffee to query my purchase. I was greeted with a very helpful and apologetic member of staff who told me ‘Mr Kenyon, if your order hasn’t arrived tomorrow we will ship you another first class with some additional beans free of charge’. Great. A couple of days went by and I still hadn’t received my fix of this superb product, which others on the market I find very hard to compare. Getting in touch with the shop again, true to their word, they promised a delivery would be made again first class free of charge. The following day, a Saturday afternoon, a man pulled up on a motorbike with my delivery. It was a member of staff from the house of coffee who had specially delivered my order as no first class was available.Such great customer service and brilliant coffee. Highly recommend.

The focus is all about the coffee. The shop is small but they can deliver fast - within 24 hours. I recommend their coffee of the month club - always a good unusual choice to compliment your favourites from their regular range. Beans or ground available- no minimum order. 250g / 500g / 1kg
