Coffee store

I have always find most Starbucks very pleasant apart from the one I visited today, Village Hotel - Dudley where the staff serving me was not professional and did not seem to know what drinks they offer. She left top lid loose and I burnt myself but not got any apologies. Will not be going to this one ever again but will use other Starbucks

Smells amazing as you walk in and the coffee doesn't disappoint. You pay for what you get, delicious roasted coffee

cappuccino was warm and very milky more like a Latte not happy Couldn't even Taste the coffee Because of too much milkCome back here again with my wife and son was a bit busy. Had to queue and wait to be served? There were some tables outside and inside full of cups, trays, tissues Culturally etc and a lot of mess on the Tables and on the floor 3 staff working so I was very surprised but one of the staff wasn't working. She was using the disabled toilet. For some reason I don't know why. outside. Where we wanted to sit outside. had Poo from a dog or something. Wasn't nice to see clean the table, put Tissues doesn't ask the Staff for. Put it on top of the Poo went to get a coffee, and all day breakfast wrap. My son seemed to enjoy it and the wife too The place looked Messed up specially the tables. Anyway, go there and try it for yourself That's my experience.

Great coffee and also are other hot drinks. Their muffins are yummy too

Visited this morning 11th August ‘23, With my parents. The place was very quiet and felt flat! Service was ok, but not warm and friendly as I’d expect from a Costa. Our drinks were automatically served in takeaway cups leaving myself feeling unwelcome to stay! The coffee was ok, but I as a group we all prefer to drink from ‘proper’ cups! I wonder if they didn’t want out of towners lowering the tone?

I have contacted Murphy and Bailey to check on availability of sheep skin dog bed which was not in stock online. Lovely lady Judith has responded and kept me updated with the latest stock availability. As soon they had item in stock Judith has contacted me and placed order over the phone. The bed was dispatched the same date and arrived just few days after. The sheep skin dog bed is amazing quality and so snugly. Highly recommended. Well done to Murphy and Bailey for fantastic product and great customer service.

The refurb looks amazing, I used to love going to this Starbucks, the staff were always so friendly, welcoming and polite. So I've given 2 stars and that's mostly for the refurb, my coffee was ok but rushed. The current staff were terrible, zero customer service, zero people skills, curt abrupt questions like I was disturbing him in a rush hour, no please, no thank you. Second order was just as bad, (Jenna) shocking attitude and leaning all over the till like she couldn't be bothered, she did say thank you at least but she had a face that could sour the milk in my coffee, looks like she could do with a good wash as well I should add and the dirty looks from her while standing around chatting behind the counter. The vibe given off was like a college canteen. I will be checking before I go in to make sure those 2 aren't working there. Not a good experience at all.

Was feeling bit rubbish after getting our A levels results. When we arrived met a server called Sidney who gave fantastic service and turned our day around. Brilliant place would recommend!!!!!

Cute cafe with a small selection of breakfast options and great hot chocolate.Ordered the blueberry pancakes and eggs royale which were lovely. Asked for a quick substitution (sourdough instead of muffins) on the eggs which was met without issue.There's no parking onsite but can try parking on the green or park at the Pay&Display in Church Road (which conveniently has two hour free parking!) and walk a few minutes to the cafe.

Lovely coffee & restaurant, clean, tidy and fast service. The staff was very friendly. My only gripe was advertising the Rolo hot chocolate in the restaurant when not on offer anymore. Apart from that, it was all perfect and I highly recommend it.
