The dermatologist Dr. Hussain was very professional and was able to help my eczema problem. The front desk staff was quite ok (most of them, including the hotline staff, were patient enough to listen to my HONG KONG Accent.) Also, The appointment started on time. Overall good experience there. Will come back for follow up sessions.

Wonderful people and Wonderful service. Couldn't have asked for better. Made the whole operation so much better. All the staff was amazing from start to finish. Very clean hospital, the rooms were lovely.

I am very pleased with the treatment received from Mr. Papettas. The procedure was clearly explained and the outcome has been a complete success. I am more than happy to recommend him to anyone requiring surgery in his area of expertise.

My experience of Mr. Tonsi is that he has been outstanding throughout. His advice re my severe ulcerative colitis was very clear and informative. He has a charming ,kind and reassuring manner and I knew that I would be in a safe pair of hands when he undertook a very long and complicated operation to successfully remove my colon by keyhole surgery and replace with a stoma .His post op. visits while I was in hospital recovering were also very thorough and his follow-up at outpatients also thorough with examination and advice.Romina has also been an excellent secretary to Mr Tonsi and they clearly liaise very well .Thoroughly excellent team to be highly recommended.

I struggle to find words that express the utmost appreciation for the treatment I have had for my incisional hernia from Mr Owais. From the initial consultation through to the post surgery follow up, I have nothing but praise and admiration for the way I have been treated. He took the time to explain the pros/cons and risk/rewards of having the surgery and patiently and clearly answered the many questions that I had! I am now in my 6th week following the surgery and am delighted with the outcome. He managed my expectations really well and everything has gone plan. I feel so much better than I could have hoped for and delighted I decided to proceed under the guidance of Mr Owais. Thank You.

I saw Mr Siddiqui at the Shard hospital in London.I had previously had a fantastic colorectal surgeon who did pile removal which helped my pain but felt there was one left over as I am experiencing pain and itching. Mr Siddiqui said before inspecting me that it wouldn't be a haemorrhoid as internal haemorrhoids don't hurt of itch!! From personal experience I know this is not the case and so do Anusol! He also said he doesn't bother with surgery now and my issue was likely a muscle issue due to an ELE (Early life experience) - embarrassed I just went along with it.He said I would need a telescopic exam. I was given a date and told 9AM. I confirmed with his secretary it would be at the Shard and she conformed.I arrived at the Shard on the day at 11am the time printed on my letter. The nurses at the Shard seemed confused as I didn't seem to be on the list and while waiting for this doctor London Bridge Hospital called me asking where I was, apparently I should have been there at 9am even though the letter says 11am.Oddly Mr Siqqiqui was actually taking clinic at the shard anyway and was there so walked over to London Bridge hospital with me.We went through a hole procedure and I was told it was what I said it was a haemorrhoid.A week later I asked if I could have a Zoom appointment instead of coming to the Shard and was told this was ok.I never received a Zoom link and just a phone call which laster 30 seconds saying it was ok and nothing needed to be done.I was shocked at this short call that I was charged £250 for!I wrote to his secretary and told her I would like the haemorrhoid removed. I was told to come to the Shard for another £250 appointment!!!! I told her I was not prepared to pay again when my last appointment lasted 30 seconds.I asked for the photos and exam results and what I received bares no resemblance to what I saw on the screen.I would avoid this doctor at all costs!! I feel like the whole thing was an elaborate scam to get appointments and unnecessary exams which weren't needed with my previous surgeon who sadly retired.I am reporting him to my insurance company and will have to see someone else to get this issue fixed.

Mr Tonsi is amazing consultant. Very patient oriented and he would do extra mile for his patients .

I found Mr Stylianides really easy to talk to, obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in his field, but put me at ease and completely understood what I wanted.The surgery went as planned and he kept me informed on the recovery process. I really liked the fact that Mr Stylianides phoned me a couple of times after I’d been discharged just to check in.When I went back for a face to face follow up it was almost like seeing an old friend! Very relaxed, yet informative and nothing seemed like too much trouble.I would highly recommend Mr Sylianides.

I fully recommend Mr Stylianides. From the beginning he made me feel completely at ease, explained the procedure very clearly and I had full confidence in him the entire process. The booking in process was easy and efficient. The day of the operation went very smoothly and I felt in safe hands. Mo, the anaesthetist was very kind and explained what would happen. My umbilical hernia surgery went very well and almost 6 weeks on I have recovered well and looking forward to playing sport again.
