Recently took my Ionic 5 for a 20,000 mile service at Motorvogue Norwich. For expediency, I declined the kind offer of a courtesy car, but asked if I could have some space to work on my laptop until the car was finished.From making my initial call, to the scheduled maintenance being completed, I cannot fault the level of service and customer care I received from the Team at Motorvogue.Special shout-out for Charlie, who could not have been more helpful and caring throughout the time I squatted" in the showroom. She is certainly the calibre of individual to have in a customer-facing role and a real credit to the Business - thank you."

Once I had located the man I wanted, the transaction went smoothly. Can't talk for the ignorance of other mechanics who could clearly see me and the fact I was hunting for someone but I was obviously lost and no one stepped up to enquire if I was ok

Visited on 29/5/2021, friendly staff, lovely food, prices not cheap but food is very good quality so prices are fair and not expensive. Very pleasant quiet surroundings.

Passage of information to the client is lacking in droves!!! Preparation of spares in stock for the task is not good!!! Labour rate is a little high!!!

Used the website to book my MOT for my 2016 car.Nathaniel's then phoned me and told me they'd be declining my booking as my vehicle is too old".What a ridiculous notion. The very point of an MOT is to confirm the roadworthiness of vehicles >3 years old.My wife purchased her car through them 3 years ago

Not a friendly atmosphere and customer service not great.

My Fiat Ducato based motorhome dead vehicle battery was fixed under warranty quickly and efficiently by Pete in Fiat servicing. Fantastic service and friendly staff especially. Highly recommended.
