I just recently used Ghauri dental care prior to my wedding for urgent care. Dr Shaker was very welcoming; he is very approachable and addressed any doubts or concerns I had. I also had my teeth whitened and the whole process was very smooth.The customer experience was fantastic and I highly recommend this practice, in particular Dr Shaker.

Communication is incredibly poor. I had spoken to so many agents regarding an existing claim from two months ago. I had to go back and forth to my orthodontist and the treatment coordinator regarding my treatment as I had to ask them for Ioton, treatment history ; text messages the works. Bare in mind I am busy every single day and I had been paying this membership each month. So no I wouldn’t recommend the service nor waste your time as you have to jump through hurdles for a claim to go through despite the evidence. Just go with a different provider outside your employer.

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Bruna and she has made it very easy and comfortable for me, especially for someone who does not like going to the dentist. I am delighted with my results. Dr Bruna is very gentle and friendly. I normally fear having my teeth cleaned as it's very painful, but with Dr Bruna, it is pain free. I'm happy I have found this place. The other staff are also very friendly and welcoming.

This is a border line fraud company. Once you sign up for the insurance through corporate benefit they quietly deduct from your salary yet not a single email or confirmation sent. After calling customer service through literaly 20 min wait they finally sent me a welcome letter and contract details. Making a claim is even more painful process, even dental treatment I received was more pleasant. I've never came across such a website that constantly times out and takes you to homepage, so difficult to navigate that I had to call HR to help me through. They openly state that must submit your claim within 60days yet once I submitted my claim they asked me for date treatment was completed and exact breakdown of procedures, Which most dentists do not provide on receipt.

My accountant Jess is always quick to answer even minor queries relating to accounts, not just the yearly tax returns. I always recommend PFM to my friends.

Superd practice very friendly and put you at ease

I have been using Health cheque for our family health insurance for a number of years . I would highly recommend this company and David Ripley in particular . He is very fastidious in researching the best policy to suit your needs and also assists with claims if needed . Very efficient with communications as well .

Payment is prompt, online form makes claiming easy.

I have been a patient of Shine Dental for many years, and now also take my children too. Every visit is friendly and professional and always respectful of the fact that the dentist is not exactly everyone's idea of a good time, and it's actually a really lovely experience!

I had an emergency appointment for tooth extraction at One Dental. They were really friendly, I was seen quickly and I felt looked after. I returned with an infection, and again, I was looked after and they gave me such reassuring advice. So glad I'm now a patient with this practice.
