Had to get a quote to get a gas line connection to the house. Lewis was the point of contact and we could not get anyone more professional, kind and swift. He immediately had the answers to all our queries and broke everything down for us which made it very to understand and reassuring. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

British gas told me switch from my £40 a month payg to direct debit as it would save me money and like a fool I believed them, my direct debit started to cost £66 a month but now they want £120 a month, I live alone in a one bedroom flat not a mansion!, absolutely ludicrous.

This company is one you must be aware of. My mother in law died therefore making the contract void although a deposit was paid. They agreed to return the deposit less a survey fee and as you can see then bounced the cheque. I was told today they had been suspended from NAPIT which is a logo they use on their paperwork. Truly a really bad and dishonest company who cannot be trusted. They door knock too.

One star is even too much for this company. Please stay away from them . The Customer service isn't exit in this f...ing company. Someone whose name is Rachel is very rude and just ignorant, it seems she felt so happy when she understood she's making customer feeling angry. As a new owner who didn't want to continue with this company they cut off the line and broadband earlier (without any notice to us) than they transfer it to new company and they caused my shop to be closed because of there's no way we could open the shop without Internet and phone line. The customer service!! woman, Rachel was just happily telling me she couldn't give me any information because I was not the one who had the contract with me. They caused lots of problems to my business and I will bring this girl and the company to court. But please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wow! What a brilliant service. I used New Clean Energy to fit an air sourced heat pump system to replace my oil fired boiler and provide heating and hot water. Everything went very smoothly and I now have an ecological, good value system. Everything that was explained to me at the initial discussion came true and I am so grateful to the installation team who came to our house and fitted everything so well, with minimal disruption. It was a big job that went very well. I am very happy to recommend this company.
